Kim Severson, a New York Times correspondent who covers the nation’s food culture, explores the nation’s dining scene from multiple perspectives with leading California chefs Dominique Crenn, Tanya Holland and Reem Assil. They’ll look at the latest food trends in the Bay Area, labor and wage issues, the sea change in kitchens inspired by the #MeToo movement and more. Ms. Severson was part of the Times team that won a Pulitzer Prize in 2018 for reporting on workplace sexual harassment. She covered food and culture for six years at the San Francisco Chronicle before joining The Times.
