National Bitter Melon Council and SOMCAN will lead a walking tour of the South of Market neighborhood to identify “bitter places,” or sites that are associated with bitter memories for neighborhood populations, to bring attention to local populations and organizations who are being challenged by the growth and velocity of neighborhood development.
