Celebrate local independent designers who work with sustainable materials and adhere to green business practices at The Bay Area Guide to Independent Fashion Festival hosted by YBCA. Offering a runway show, vendor fair featuring clothes and accessories from emerging and established regional brands; and panel discussion on fashion and politics, this event highlights the craft and couture of some of the Bay Area’s most dynamic independent designers. It also offers a glimpse inside and a living exhibit based on the upcoming book The Bay Area Guide to Independent Fashion by Letitia Ntofon.
