Fees

A variety of venues at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts are available for public or private presentations, performances, receptions or other special events. Nonprofit licensing fees (community rates) are available for Performing Arts and Cultural organizations that qualify as tax exempt organizations pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Rental rates (8-hour usage) include basic security, janitorial and house staff.

Rates calculated on single performance rental; additional price options available for extended performances.

All rates subject to change.

IATSE Local 16 technical services costs will be assessed, at prevailing rates, based upon the needs of the production or event.
