YBCA Announces the Grand Prize Winner of the San Francisco Dream House Raffle

YBCA held the Grand Prize drawing for the San Francisco dream house raffle on Sat, Jul 25. The name of the winning ticket holder is Vivian Heinzel from San Carlos, CA.
